1) The parts of a hurricane are the quadrants, the eye, and the eye wall. The strongest part of a hurricane are in the right front quadrant, and right around the eye wall. The eye is the calmest spot. The eye is in the center. The sun usually comes out when the eyes passes, then after about 30 mintutes, the rest of the storm comes 2) A tropical storm becomes a hurricane when the winds hit 74 mph. 3) The water temp has to be 80 degrees F for hurricanes to form, and can't have any wind shear. 4) A lot of things.
